Shipping and Return Policy


Thanks for shopping at Adornings Boutique!

SHIPPING:

We have free shipping within the US and do NOT ship to foreign countries!

We will ship your item wihtin 2-3 business days. If we have trouble doing so, we will contact you immediately!

Please keep in mind that we do not ship over major holidays where there is no regular mail service or over

weekends, any order placed on Friday will not go out until the following Monday or Tuesday.

Please make sure that the name and address are correct when you check out.

 We will not be responsible for your order if the address you have given is wrong .

If you wish to cancel your order we must recieve an email from you before the order is processed.

We cannot cancel your order once it has shipped! If you refuse to accept our package when it arrives,

 we will not be responsible for your order and we will not give any refunds.

If your package is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 24 hrs. after you have recieved your

 package. You must also email us a digital photo of the damage package as well as your order number.


RETURNS:

If you were not completely satisfied with your purchase at Adornings Boutique,

We are here to help!

You have 20 days to return your item and must pay the shipping fee, the item

 must be unworn & unwashed and must accompany the original receipt.

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received.

 Within a certain amount of days you will receive an in-store credit or you may exchange the item

for another item that is the same price. If your items are damaged or you received the wrong size from what 

you have purchased, you must email us within 24hrs. A picture of the damaged items or tell us the size that

 you received. Once we receive that email we will contact you with several options!


EXCHANGES:

Due to the limited quantities per style of clothing we can't guarentee an exchange

in the exact style/size that you have purchased.
